Sipho Mazibuko is the founder and CEO of Fullserve. He has wealth of business experience gained in companies such as Transnet, Eskom, Hollard and Santam. After leaving his successful corporate career in 2010 he has devoted himself to growing Fullserve Holdings. His quest for knowledge has seen him attaining an MBA, which led to him leaving the corporate world and pursuing his entrepreneurial ambitions to run the business fulltime. He is a hands-on leader who has been relentless in pursuit to build Fullserve. He subscribes to the philosophy of hard work pays its dues and integrity sustains gains.
BULELA MCINGA SALIWA
Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt)(UNISA)
Bulela began his working life at Discovery, where he worked in various management roles. He then moved to Santam where he worked
In his time at FullServe, he successfully executed a Security Risk Management project for the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality and currently managing the business with just over 1000 security guards.
He brings with him a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, operations & project management, acquired in his 11 years in the financial services industry. This knowledge and experience

Fundi Mazibuko brings a wealth of experience from the property industry. She has previously worked at Motseng Property Services, Joburg Property Company and Excellerate Property Services. She was the first General Manager of Mdantsane City Shopping Mall in East London. She is currently studying towards an MBA, a mentee of the Cherie Blair Foundation for Woman. A firm believer in building long lasting relationships who is the previous Chairperson of the Gauteng Woman’s Property Network. She has also served on the
